Sara Ruiz, M.A., LMFT

Relationships are the most meaningful — and vulnerable — part of being human. Whether you’re trying to repair emotional distance in your marriage, rebuild trust after years of disconnection, reconnect with a child, or better understand your own attachment patterns — the work is the same at its core: learning how to feel safe with another person again.

As a therapist and coach, I help people break generational cycles, grow emotional intimacy, and develop secure, steady connection — in marriage, in parenting, and within community. You don’t have to do it perfectly; you just have to be willing to show up with curiosity, courage, and compassion for your story.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA, a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Ministry, and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #142630) in the state of California, providing therapy services to California residents. I also offer relationship coaching worldwide for those seeking deeper connection and relational growth beyond traditional therapy.
